Frustration

I am so frustrated today. I really could use a good primal screem, or a couple of hours of sobbing. Unfortunately can't do that for a couple of days. I have work, then a doctors appt, so it will have to wait. It just seems like the frustration keeps building. I am dreading Dr. Morehead on Friday. She typically frustrates me even more.
