i lied

I know I said I wasn't going to post, but, well, I lied. Just had some thoughts and I wanted to put them down so I don't forget. Thinking about the intense emotional rollercoaster the happened yesterday. I am so burnt out today. Its like all my emotional energy was used up and I feel sort of like a tired empty shell today. I think of other times when I had emotional swings as intense as yesterday, and it is always the same afterwards. Going to do some looking on youtube ie bpd, see whats there. Haven't been real happy with what I have seen in the past, so we will just have to see whats there before I do mine. would like to do it on sunday
